Neferpitou is a character from the manga series Hunter x Hunter, by Yoshihiro Togashi.
During the Chimera Ant arc of the series, the Chimera Ant Queen, who gives birth by feeding on other living creatures, gives birth to three guards for the Chimera Ant King.
Neferpitou is the first of these children, and thus the leader.
His form is that of a ball jointed cat humanoid. Though his appearance is quite distinctly feminine, it has been confirmed by the Hunter's Guide that Pitou is a male, as all children of the Chimera Ant Queen are male.
Neferpitou is quite playful, energetic, and easily distracted. Being the most simple minded of the guards, it is often that he loses himself in obsessions with things and people of which he finds interest, wishing to "play" with them. Despite these innocent traits, Pitou is a dangerous killer, who has a very sadistic tendency. He does not hesitate to kill, and enjoys causing pain and suffering as a form of amusement, coldly regarding human life as meaningless in the face of his goals.

Nen Ability: TerpsichoraWhen Neferpitou first meets Netero in the skies above the Royal Palace, he uses this ability, though nothing is known about it beyond its name and the fact that Pitou uses it when he needs to fight at full strength.
Nen Ability: Doctor Blythe"Doctor Blythe" is a giant doll conjured by Neferpitou, used only to surgically treat damaged areas of the body. It cannot move from the position which it is initially summoned and is connected to Pitou's tail, limiting his radius of movement to 20 meters while the ability is active.
Neferpitou's 'En' is irregularly shaped; rather than a sphere, it takes the form of spiky tendrils of aura, a single one of which can be extended up to two miles.
