Hi there. I'm older than 25, younger than 45. Thanks for checking out my profile. Hope you have a great day. Eventually I'll add more exciting info right here. That's it for now.
I'm so sorry! Do you take anything to sleep better at night? I had acute insomnia once, lasted about 2 weeks straight and that alone was...hell. gonk
I had never felt more lethargic than I did during that time. I think it was brought about by some intense anxiety due to a multitude of reasons. I was so glad it stopped when it did.
It sure was! I went when I was on my period though, so I was feeling a bit bloated and could not have made the best of it. For what it's worth the food offerings were plenty and I loved the dumplings. Let me know how it goes! Would be swell if you're able to find one that works for you.
I should really hit myself with a stick to get me going again arghhh. I'm actually glad you stopped going because you do not need such an instructor. One can be supportive and get you going without being cruel. Oooh walking pads! If you do have the space for it, and you can make the walking fun enough for you I'd say that sounds like a pretty good idea. Yoga is GREAT!! I used to do them, and I'm not at all exaggerating when I tell you they are incredibly effective with curing your lower back pains. I hear it's also very effective for getting your shoulders to be more relaxed. It generally teaches you safe movements to "unlock" or release knots in your muscles so you can safely release muscle tension. (...It happens, don't you worry I got you! ninja )
Sounds like it's time you get yourself to one with more leaves. ...sorry that was a bad joke lol
Mine's nothing too special either, which is fine. We're gearing towards the end of the month and try to keep ourselves rested before the infamous "month-end close" comes around. Work gets crazy busy.
Have you been having trouble to get quality sleep recently? Or just in general.
In my case it's definitely that I need more sleep because I usually sleep about 5-6 hours, which isn't optimal. sweatdrop
Not this weekend. We had quite an active one last weekend: went to visit our parents + swung by the beach to chill + had lunch at a new steamboat restaurant. We'd go out if we haven't been out recently but since we had been, we're okay just chilling at home these couple of days. I hear you. Hmmm do you think it'd be a good idea to try and give that treadmill on incline workout a 15-minutes session during the weekend? Just one session and see how it'd go from there. I dunno if you can also maybe go at it while watching a short movie or something? It's like tricking your brain that you're doing something else that's not taxing to the body (watching a movie) when you're really killing 2 birds with 1 stone. ninja
I wanna go for walks and I would like to do it daily, but we live in a complex and there isn't any kind of woodsy area that'd be fun and inviting to go for walks. Just concrete pathways...which gets really stale after a while. I actually did have a routine last year, got it going for more than two months or so. I got sick one time and then I just lost it from there. :[
That's good to hear. Getting more sleep is something I'd never turn down. I think it's the age.
Hmmm my week has been pretty swell. Celebrated mom's birthday on Monday and had a small get-together with the fam over dinner and cake afterwards. It was fun. Everything was good emotion_kirakira
I have Friday off (that's today), gonna finish up just a couple of things from work before I totally kick off my 3-day weekend.
Oh my gosh, I get the same side-eyes too!! They don't know but I have everything I need and like at home, soooo. lol
That said, my older sister and I am considering going on a trip somewhere on our next day off work, so there's that.
Hehe thanks so much for your kind words. It made me smile. Please get some rest too on Sunday. Sent you a lil something just because I really enjoyed our conversation, hope you don't mind. c:
