I've been in the Japantown Costume Parade and Anime Talent Show for five years running, now. I'm having some trouble now that the former leader won't even accept an apology over a misunderstanding and refuses to speak with me on any format available. It makes me a bit depressed. Loyal and volunteering for that long then not even given a chance to defend myself? People don't know my name, but I have strangers at J-town AND Conventions recognize me from past events, sometimes even years ago ("didn't you have a blue wig before?" etc).
