WRONG!! Neji uses taijutsu. He uses Juken, or Gentle Fist, as do all of the Hyuga clan. Juken is classified as a Taijutsu. The chakra is used to enhance or strengthen the effect, but it is still a Taijutsu. Ninjutsu in general requires hand seals except in a few rare cases. Becuase Juken is hand-to-hand it's still Taijutsu.

He also PWNS in general. He and Haku are the two bestest characters.

Actually, just to let ya kno bc I bet u alreafy knew this, Neji doesn't use taijutsu. Taijutsu is physical attacks like what Rock Lee does. Genjutsu attacks are illusions. Ninjutsu attacks are what Neji uses, which is when u use focused chakra as a weapon or defense mechanism.
