Things that annoy me on Gaia

Troll threads: Self explanatory

People who don't get "Don't feed the trolls": People, if someone is trolling, report them and move on. Don't reply to them.

People who don't allow you to see their equipped items: Sometimes, i come across a wonderful avatar or an item on an avatar that looks good. I click "view equipped items"... only to discover that they have turned it off. I guess I could PM them and ask what that item is, but really, I shouldn't have to. I allow people to see my items because I like the items and wouldn't mind if someone copied my style or some of my item comboes.

People who ask questions, then get pissy when you answer them because "its a rhetorical question, nublet": I know what a rhetorical question is, probably better than you do. If I'm answering the question, it isn't an rhetorical question.

People who think that just because this is the internet, they can let grammar and spelling slide. Yes, we've all seen that text where the words are spelled wrong except for the first and last letters, but here's the thing. It doesn't flow. Text like that slows down the reader. Most readers want to read things fast. That's why having a high pages per minute is seen as a good thing. I get that some people cannot tell when it is appropriate to use its or it's, but that's a common mistake that you make ONCE in my presence. I WILL inform you and you will have NO EXCUSE. My only exception is for when a character is talking. When people talk, they use slang and made-up contractions, yanno? They speak lists of people that include them wrong. That's perfectly fine.
