Noir's Favorite People

These people loved Noir enough to donate their lovely items. They are Noir's favorite people.

--Noir's bestest friend Aviis gave her a Gwee, which they promptly named "Dedra" in honor of Aviis's roleplay character (one of many) who carries a sword he calls, "my Dedra."

--Aviis has also donated some amazing art, which even he likes. It can be viewed on Noir's photobucket account or in her signature.

--Noir's friend DaIsh donated some beautimus avi art, which can be viewed in either Noir's signature or her photobucket account, kannatama.

--Noir's newfound favorite person is [ -Axel- ], who rightly believes that Axel and Roxas totally belong together. She donated a lovely portrait of Noir, which can be found either in Noir's signature or on her photobucket account, kannatama.

--[ -Axel- ] also donated an item. She might tell you that it was a trade and not a donation, but it was only a trade because I can not accept such a valuable item (to me and pricewise) without giving something in return. She gave me a Elegant Veil, an item I have been questing for for a long time. In return, I gave her a Stealth Infrared Top and an April Thank You Letter. In my opinion, it was not a fair trade, which is why I consider this a donation, and not a trade.

--Another of Noir's friends, the amazing ChibiKachi, donated a Black Flow Prom Dress and also gave a super cute avatar design for prom!

--So, now Noir has recieved two gifts from 'an anonymous benefactor' and she thinks that this is an actual gaia username and not someone that wanted to be sneaky. The first gift was a lovely Zohan T-Shirt and the second was Regalia of Ancient Fire (leggings). Noir heartily thanks you^^

--Noir thanks blender_rose07 for so kindly donating bugs to her quest for the black tribal tattoos.

--Kahjiit donated the ENTIRE Black Tribal Tattoos set to Noir. Which just amazed her. The only donations that amazed her more were [-Axel-]'s donation of an Elegant Veil and Aviis's Gwee.

--Wolfie_Chan gave Noir a present for joining Kairi Saka's clan! He gave her an Aquarium Jewel, which is an item from her wishlist ^^ Many thanks to Wolfie_chan!

the Story of Noir

Well, I started out as a tiny sperm and egg cell--What? It says the "Story of Noir" in the title of the box. Fine, fine. I'll get to the point of the matter.

Hello fellow Gaians! My name is Noir_Cat, and you guys may call me any version of the name you care to think of.

My favorite colors are purple and blue. I love cats, and own one (the pertifull Fiona Caliope). I have recently come to the decision that I would someday like to own a Rosy Boa. A friend of mine has one, and she is absolutely beautiful. Her scales are a lovely purple-gray, and they only grow to be about 40 inches long, which is small for such creatures.

My favorite anime is DNAngel. I also like to watch Cowboy Bebop, One Piece, Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex, Cased Closed, Bleach, Ouran High School Host Club and Card Captor Sakura. I really love to watch anime; however, I will only watch it in it's native tongue. I find that most of the time when Americans get a hold of it, they really ruin the anime. Most of the time. And, by the way, I am American. And I prefer the original Japanese. How pathetic is that?

So, to go along with my anime obsession, I also have a healthy appetite for manga. I absolutely love Furuba. That is my all-time favorite. I liked the anime a lot, too, but the manga fills plot holes and reveals so much more than the anime. I also read Bleach, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Amina, KamiKaze, Cased Closed, and DeathNote. Am I the only one who is totally disappointed with the way Raito ends up? *sigh* He was so cool at the beginning.

I do like some American things. Tv shows, for example. I actually don't watch a lot of tv (I watch anime on the computer), but I do like some shows. My current favorite is NCIS. It used to be Grey's Anatomy, but, well, I kinda fell out of watching it (much of the same thing happened with InuYasha). I would like to watch it all, but I forget. And there are other shows that I would rather catch up on. I also have a newfound like for the L Word. My lesbian friend introduced me to that show. Much to my surprise, it was really good. If a straight girl can get over all the boobs in that show. I swear that I have never seen so many in my life (rightly so, too). Another show I've been meaning to catch up on is Avatar: the Last Airbender. I know sites to go to in order to catch up, I just haven't done it yet. I also like to watch CSI and Numbers.

My favorite things to do include reading, writing, anything and everything to do with the computer, hanging out with my friends, going to the lake, and playing with my three dogs and one cat (I only claim the cat, the rest belong to other family members). My favorite of these is a toss up between writing and friends (friends win out most of the time), and many times the two coincide.

Some random, but interesting, tidbits would be:
--I love mythology and fairy tales. I love to hear and read the different versions, and to find new ones. My favorite myth is the one about Eros and Psyche (Greek mythology) and I love the Brothers' Grimm fairy tales.

--I am a self-acclaimed chocoholic. I love chocolate. Especially pocky. And milk chocolate. And Reeses. And KitKats. And 3 Muskateers. I could go on forever...

--I love music. All kinds of music. There are few genres I don't like. I dislike bluegrass, older country music, and most rap music (about 99.9%). And though I love all other kinds of music, I am a rocker girl at heart. Especially classic rock. And southern rock.

--My favorite authoress is Tamora Pierce.

--I love games. The later versions of GTA. All the Zoo Tycoons (version 2). Word games. Logic problems. Crosswords. Cake Mania 2. Diner Dash 2. Scattergories. Scrabble. Monopoly. The Game of Life. Chinese Checkers.

--I also like movies. I actually started my own collection around Christmastime. I've got a lot of movies, but I want a lot more. I like comedies, dramas, action, and fantasies. I don't care much for scary movies. Or stupid movies*cough*NachoLibre*cough*. Sorry, that was a jab at my friend Caitlin.

That is pretty much it. Me in a nutshell. Wow, it's really cramped in here. So, please check out my journal sometime, it's where I keep all my roleplay characters, and comment! I love constructive criticism.
