Oakley likes wearing warm clothes as he gets cold very easily. He has large feathered wings he can stretch out up to 18ft. Feathers also line the back of his neck and down his back. He suffers from "dazzle" headaches; Extreme head aches that come randomly and last for a minute or more, usually leaveing him cranky and tired or achy. He has a small bottle of pills he always carries with him in the event that one strikes, they ease the pain until he can find a dark place to lie down. Durning this time any noise or light is very painful to him and he tends to strike out at the source and say things he doesnt mean.
He is addicted to several diffrent "approved drugs" and the pills and has horrible withdrawl systems without them.
Oakley is one of the only original expermints in Darwith Military Acadamy to survive the first round of experimentation. He is very friendly and outgoing and has a knack for getting on most peoples nerves with his obnoxious cheer or befriending them all easily. He is in Darwith to teach classes in flight and to help some of the cadets with their problems.
Recently Oak has been suffering from degression because he has lived far past his experation date. Because of this he is alot less healthy than normal and has his bad days where he cant do much and is generally not the happiest person in the world
