Kisaragi Okoi - a character featured in the japanese anime Basilisk Kouga Ninpou Chou (known in english as Kouga Ninja Scrolls). Okoi was chosen as to be one of ten Koga ninja by that of Kouga Danjo of the Manjidani Village, to fight against the Iga ten of the Hidden Hilt Village. Okoi, who is a rather attractive woman, is the younger sister of Kisaragi Saemon. Once in direct physical contact with the skin of another, she can unleash her technique by sucking out their blood (like a leech); the more contact, the faster she can drain their blood. Due to the need of skin-to-skin contact, she is dressed in a more revealing manner than the other kunoichi.
