Essentially? Satan is quite evil. You could say he is the embodiment of that, but it's not the same as many people seem to see it. It's not like in horror movies where demons have some kind of power and even your prayers won't matter and the demons are so strong and God pretty much doesn't do anything. It's not like there is going to be this big battle between God and Satan and some people will fight for God and others for Satan and it could go either way.





If anything? This would be about the extent of a "battle" between God and Satan.

Yeah... they had numbers like the sand of the seashore. So many men in their army, they were so big and so powerful. They just surrounded the beloved city and what happened? They were devoured by fire. That's it. The end. As far as demons being all "big and bad" and mocking God (making fun of Jesus, etc.) and terrorizing humans: invoking fear and seeming to have no fear of their own? Not at all true.

From this? We see that God works everything after the counsel of His will. He makes it all work according to His purpose. Nothing happens that He didn't plan: you can't surprise God.

However... even with all of this? You may be tempted to say "God is the cause of all the evil; men just do what God say". That would be a wrong assumption. The truth is, we do indeed have free will. You are responsible for your evil, it's your fault. God will punish you for this evil.

So, what does it say here? If you do not obey. So, apparently, they can disobey. All men are disobeying God... although God is causing everything, men are still in disobedience. God will destroy men for their own evil.

From what I read? It doesn't seem like God has done anything in you. It just seems like some things happened that made you not want to be alone anymore, etc. If God truly comes in and changes you? You'll know it. You'll know how evil you are, you'll see your sin like you've never seen it before. Do you hate the sin you once loved and love the righteousness you once ignored? If you don't have a new relationship with sin, you don't have a new relationship with God.

It's very true, God may well have sent me to you, though it may not be for the reasons you think. If you have not been changed? Now you are seeing someone who will be straight with you: I am someone who wants to be straight with you. As I said before, from what you explained, it does not sound like God came in and supernaturally changed you. If that's the case, you're still in your sin and if you don't repent you will die in it.

I love you. You may not believe me when I say that, but it's true. This God I am speaking of? There is no need for fake people, for imaginary people to comfort you: He is real, He is love, He is your comfort. Please, tell me more about how you think God changed you, if you are willing and able to. I'd like to try to learn more, to better answer you. From my experience and everyone else I know who has been changed? You know it and you are indeed a new person. You can FEEL God. God will also not contradict His Word, either: if you feel something and you call it god but it tells you the opposite of the Bible, it's a liar; a demon; a lying spirit.
