"Inuyasha, you'll have to hold him upright so I can rub the medicine into the wound and wrap it up."

Her gaze then travel up to Sesshomaru from where she sat.

"Sesshomaru, after your brother sits him up, hold his hair up.
It'll make the wound worse it it becomes trapped under the bandages."

Kaede began mixing some potent medicine together for the pain.

"Koga, could you undo his armor so I can treat and wrap the wound?"

She wanted to rub the medicine into the wound as soon as possible to numb the pain, so he could rest.

Sesshomaru discovered Naraku had used a copy to distract his father into believing that he had gravely wounded him.
An angered growl left him and he tore off after Koga, seeing him caring his father on his back.
There was a hole in InuTaisho's chest that went clear through his back.
It was centered between his heart and right lung.

InuTaisho's concerned shout rang out.

"Inuyasha!!!"

If he's who I believe him to be, he is our ally, not our enemy."
