Reveales that there are hundreds upon hundreds of keyblades sticking out of the ground. It strongly resembles a graveyard. There are for pathes carved out, which have a striking resemblence to the crossroads from Chain of Memories. The crossroads proved as paths between light, dark, twilight (as DiZ said) and dawn (as Riku said). Each character in the trailer comes from a different path, indicating a different state of heart. It is clear the crossroads will play an important part in KH3. This is a very important scene...It returns back to the crossroads, this could be the future or the past.. I know that it means 4 paths, 4 different people which are giving the new name of "Chasers"Now here is information that I do know but not comfirmed will get you really thinking as well.. That the 3 Chasers are NOT Sora, Riku and Kairi, they are in fact New Characters, this was confirm by Tetsuya Nomura himself ...Which makes you wonder who they are...
The thing I know is that Sora is in the game.
~ The Seekers ~
The three characters in the secret ending are NOT Sora, Riku and Kairi .
These figures are known as the Seekers .
A new group that are somehow related with the light , rather than the darkness .
I am not completely sure if these characters will be an enemy or ally .
Although it is more likely that they will become an enemy .
Another theory added by one of the forum is that the Seekers are an alternate reality .
They move from one world to another and destroy it .
Although ive gotten more feedback on the first theory .
~ Sora ~
Yes Sora will make his appearence in KH3 .
Infact he will always be in Kingdom Hearts .
Although this time around he will not be so hesitant towards the darkness .
Although he still fights for the light , he embraces this oppurtunity .
~ Keyblade War ~
There will be a keyblade war .
Probobly with those who wish to use the keyblades ,
And those who have been chosen to use them .
For example .
Riku was originally supposed to be the keyblade master .
Although he embraced the darkness .
Giving Sora the oppurtunity to weild it .
I do not know much about this but I will soon .
~ The Lost Two ~
Two names only .
Riku and Sora .
These two are the only ones untouched by the Seekers .
Where do you think all
KH2 was delayed because game director Tetsuya Nomura was working on multiple projects such as KH: CoM and FFVII Advent Children. He has said that he will be working on another, unrelated game before Kingdom Hearts III. Check out my calculations:
Developing new graphics engine + new battle sytem + switching platforms + delays + possible delays of PS3 + other stuff = 4+ years.
"Master of Keyblade"
Speculation suggests this refers to the characters holding the Keyblades. Maybe they are fighting to find the true master?
Memory of Xehanort"
Possibly the biggest hint in the trailer. This almost reveals that the next game will deal largely with Xehanort's lost memories from before he met Ansem.
The final text says, "It all begins...with birth by sleep."
This is very unknown, some believe it is another kind of Nobody or a story created while Sora was asleep for one year.
What Happens Next?? ::.
So, Kingdom Hearts II leaves us with Sora and friends home safe on Destiny Islands. All the evils are set straight, everyone is living in peace and harmony. Sora's adventure is over. With the fact that the ordeal is over, there is a chance that a new main character will come into play in Kingdom Hearts III. Also, considering the massive amounts of Keyblades found, it's entirely possible anyone could weild one.
Then again, after the credits are done rolling in KH2, Kairi runs out onto the beach with a letter in a bottle. It bares King Mickey's emblem on it. The three read the parchment with worried expressions, the camera never exposes the paper to show us what is on it. This is indication enough that Sora is being called off on another mission
I've heard rumors of this misprint kingdom hearts disc thats different in its programming.
There is a rumor that is stating on a that d**k that i hate to say this but riku will end up dying in the new game.
"The characters origins idea."
Such as Kairi and her grandmother. What's up with them? And who was her mother and father. And ansem must have known her, being that he lived in the same domain as Kairi, and the Final Fantasy gang
"Judge Kights"
There are rumors about the 3 solders in armor and they are being called the Judge Kights. Not alot of info of them is present now.
Now people are saying that the person in the trailer is Xehenoart in the ending.
