Deal?

My marketplace deal is if you (being an Avatar listed on my exceptions in my Profile) are the "Current High Bidder" and have placed at least 20% of the sale price as the bid I will not out bid you (i.e. Basic Fishing Rod Store Price: 100 gold, minimum bid for this deal is 20 gold). I will expect the same respect from Avatars listed on my exceptions list by excepting this deal. No checking history to see if an Avatar listed on my exceptions list has ever placed a bid, this agreement is meant for the "Current High Bidder". If A pattern arises that leads me to believe a mule account is used to bypass the agreement or an Avatar is not respecting the agreement, they will be removed from my exceptions list. I will give warning prior to removal but do not guarantee notice of removal.. is that equitable? If you accept this deal, than please either Private Message or comment me and I will add you to my exceptions list.
