Well I don"t think you'll want to change your number.Have you tried straight up ignoring his every call and message I feel he could stop if you endure his crap long enough and don't reply for a couple weeks or even power off your phone while you're working everyday and delete all his calls and messages,I know it sounds like a pain but even the most stubborn people has there limits.
