Hi. You posted in the roleplayers guild asking how to start a roleplay... idk if u know how to yet but i thought i would help. You can just do the same thing u did where u asked ur question and u can tell the background story and create characters for people to be and stuff. U should put up a skeleton char which is just the characters looks, background, race, etc.
Example:
Converse Addict
Race:White Human
Age: 14
Appearance: Blonde, tall, skinny, blue eyes.
Personality: Shy, bubbly

History: blah blah blah
