"This was not my wish...""Oh, but it was..." Sinister grin danced slowly upon lips, pink tongue flicked over vicious fangs. Smiling neon green eyes peeked from behind dark, rectangular glasses. Brilliant pink locks cluttered brow line. Pointed ears flicked idly, awaiting the reply of the other.
"It was not. I would not ask for something so despicable," dried voice creaked out.
"Like it or not, this was what you wanted... You asked and I delivered. Did I not?" inquired the pink-haired being, not waiting for an answer. "You must live with your decision."
A slim, pale finger would shove the rectangular glasses higher upon the green-eyed creature's nose as slender figure rose to move away.
"Wait. Please help me," asked the elder, gnarled hand raising to grab at the youth; fingers finding their way around a coal tie and white button shirt.
"Remove your grasp upon me, old man, or you shall face dire consequences," warned the pink-headed youth, shoving away the elderly hand with a star-topped wand.
"I shall leave you as you are if you'll help me," said the elder, removing his grasp from the thin creature.
"I'm not sure you're worth the magic, old fool..." Youth straightened his tie and shirt.
"You must." Elderly hand again found its way onto the odd creature's attire; latching loosely now onto dark trousers.
"Release me," ordered the youth, stepping away from the man. "You do not deserve my help. You deserve nothing more from me." Translucent wings fluttered lightly, sending shining golden glitter into the air, illuminating the dim room for a short moment.
"But..."
Youth began away, thudding footsteps vouching that much.
"Your name... ?"
Footsteps continued for moments, then silence...
Odd, pink-haired youth's last word echoed through the darkness.
"Phery."
