Phoebe is primary Air, secondary Fire with a Light alignment.Phoebe Aldera and her sister Catalina escaped Felisia along with a group of refugees during the First Liatian War. The rest of their family had either been killed or taken from them by the invading forces. For several years after their exile, the sisters helped the resistance forces in the Liat system, and eventually they retook and returned to Felisia. After searching for their lost sisters and finding nothing, they left the planet, unable to bear living in a constant reminder of what they had lost. The two sisters spent much of their time on the Liatian planet of Titania, using it as a temporary home as they traveled throughout the system.
During their travels, they were joyfully reunited with their sister Zoe, who still bore the cybernetic implants of the alien race that had captured her. The three sisters left Titania for good and set off for the far corners of the Liat system. Eventually, they were discovered by Archaeus, who restored Zoe's body and brought them to the realm of Andoria, where they sought a pair of fugitives from their home realm of Liat. Though they did not realize it until later, the ones they fought were Meg Antilles, their long lost sister, and her husband Chance. Through Archaeus's covert intervention using Magnus, the opposing forces were reconciled and left the realm of Andoria.

Since the peace on Moralia, Phoebe has honed her skills with Air to the point of precision, and she has crafted a bow to aid her in focusing her power into arrows made out of thin air, which she can then shoot using the bow. She also grew much closer to Sirius Corvius, for whom she had had feelings for a long time. The two were married not long ago.
Since the conflict in Moralia with Regulus, Phoebe has retreated with the others to Gaia.
