I was throwing back and forth with my dad yesterday but the glove I have right now is sorta old so the ball bruised my hand in three places D;

I've been jogging every day so I can build leg muscle and stamina. This Saturday I'm going over to my friend's house,who is also trying out, and we are going to practice together.

Sorry for being so sappy and depressed the other day. I've decided that I am going to try out. I found out that the guy who told me I wouldn't make it had said it to someone else. I've have THREE people from the baseball team tell me to tryout. So I am and I'm practicing and exercising : )

Can you give me some good exercises that I can use for baseball?
