Shaking, crying, screaming and pleading on my knees and yet noone stops to help. Where have I gone? What have I done?

Blood drips down my arm, swirling and trickling in it's rich crimson color. Oh how sweet it is. The pain courses through my body. Finally a smile.... A wicked smile.

Will I ever be the same?
