I love my cats. I think, even if I suddenly developed an allergy to 'em, I would still always own a cat : )
The no pets thing sounds like my dad. He loves animals and all, he just doesn't like them as pets XD The whole maitenance thing and all that. Makes me wonder how he put up with me and my bro when we were young XD
We've owned a ton of different animals, back when me and my bro were still school age. It would be a long species list if I were to name 'em lol

Makes sense. I'm one of those people blessed with no alergies : ) Good thing, I grew up with practically a zoo of animals! Right now we've got a fish, a turtle, dogs, cats, a bird, and chickens.

Wouldn't you still be slightly allergic though? Different species and all, but dander and hair seems the same to me. Then again I'll admit to knowing nothing about allergies....
