Greetings! My name is Princess Kitty, and I am the ruler of all cats. I live in Koneko Castle, which is towards the north of Barton Town. This castle was once open to the public, but due to the fact that I act as Emissary for the cat nation, I felt it is no longer in my best interest to leave it open in my absence.

Although I am the princess of cats, it is a well-known fact that cats rule themselves. Therefore, I only act as representative of the cat people.
