Personality Summary::

Ragmora is normally mellow, but has a bit of a bad temper when provoked, and can sometimes get destructive. Despite that, he's very caring and protective of those he claims precious to him.

Powers

In his former state of Godliness, Ragmora held the power of destruction over entire worlds through the very elements themselves. In his current state, however, he can only manipulate those elements to a certain extent. He can transform into a dragon, which enhances his control over the elements, but still does not hold the same destructive power he once had.

In his elven guise, Ragmora (although very agile and nimble) is considerably vunerable. In his dragon form, however, his hard scales serve as a protective suit of armor, and-- obviously-- weilds much more physical strength than in his elven guise.

Weiss stood up and walked over to Rosso and Azul. "A dragon? There can not be anyone that has that kind of power on this planet!"

Weiss turned around and walked back to the chair keeping his hands behind his back walking slowly. He sat down once he reached the chair then looked at his fallen brother who was still holding his face where he got smacked. "Get up brother! Make sure no one gets into this building and no one gets out. I dont want our guest to leave so early" Weiss said with a smirk on his face as some of the Soliders walked out the door leaving Weiss there with Nero,Azul and Rosso.

Afew hours passed and there was a knock at the door.

"Vincent Valentine? What type of trouble if I may ask?" there was some one in the backround talk to the person on the other end.

"Cloud who is it?. There was silance on the phone again until they replied. "nothing Tifa just someone saying Vincent needs help thats all. Look what-ever your name is what is going on?"

Weiss paused for a second then struck his brother across the face sending Nero on both of his hands and knees.

Weiss: "I dont care if there was trouble! As long as we have the power of Omega's squire then nothing will happen. Clearly his boy your talking about wont cause much problems for Deepground to handle right?" Weiss looked at Rosso "How bad is this child?". Azul looked at Rosso wondering what her responce would be.
