I was supposed to say this a while ago but I forgot: Rano's account had to be verified or some s**t where she has to put in her birth date that she put in when the account was first made. Only problem was that a friend of her's made the account and doesn't know what birth date was entered. Rano cannot get on due to this, and she says she's too lazy to make a new account.
