Ray Riskova is a ninja of Konoha who was born in Kumo in the Riskova Clan. His mother died due to childbirth and his father, Nagato, left him alone. He was raised in Kumo until he was 4, then was banished by the Raikage for having a strange Kekke Genkei, the ability to grow, form and shoot needles from his body. After a year alone in the woods, he met Orochimaru, who took him in and raised him in Oto. At the age of 8, he was given the Curse Mark, and soon he gain the ability to go into the second stage of it. At the age of 10, he ran away from Oto after he discovered Orochimaru wanted to take his body for his own. After a year alone, he arrived at Konoha, where he stayed and became a ninja. He now uses his Kekke Genkei, Doujutsu, Medical Ninjutsu and his Curse Mark to protect Konoha and to bring down the Akatsuki and Orochimaru for good.

Needle Snipe
Ray makes his hand look like a gun, with his index finger sticking out, and shoots a high speed needle out of it like a bullet. It usually can pierce through most defenses.
Type: Ninjutsu, C-Rank, Offensive

Needle Rapid
An upgraded version of Needle Snipe. Ray shoots thousands of needles a second out of his finger at the opponent. This is usually used to corner the opponent and to tire them out. It uses a lot of chakra.

Needle Arm
Needles grow out of Ray's arm and stay there, like a Cactus arm. Ray hits his opponents with his arm, stabbing them with the many needles in his arm, occasionally causing needles to be stuck in their skin.

Needle Orb
Ray grows needles out of his body and fuse them around him to form a nearly indestructible orb-shaped shield. Ray can hold this jutsu for as long as he needs, but cannot preform many jutsus while in it.

Earth Style: Needle Stalagmites
Ray can grow giant earth made stalagmites from the ground to ensnare the opponent. The stalagmites absorb the opponents chakra and prevent any movement, leaving them utterly trapped.

Needle Infection
Only works when the opponent is stabbed with a needle and it sticks into their skin. The needle sinks into the opponents skin, then it grows inside the opponent, piercing their organs, veins, muscles and bones in the proccess. Its usually an instant kill.

Hydraxor
One of Ray's most powerful jutsus. He forms a lot of chakra around his arm into the shape of a cone. He then grows needles from his arm around his chakra, resulting into a large cone of needles around his arm. This jutsu equals to, or even outranks, the power of the Rasengan and Chidori. Ray is the only known ninja to be able to preform this jutsu.
