They never answered back either, which is sad, especially when I looked up to their cosplays only to find the type of person they are sorta ruins the image they have of themselves. We aren't as lucky as them, getting to see it with the stars who made the film, not everyone can see that. I was lucky to have gotten it when I did and I am happy to read subtitles, even if they aren't true to what they are saying, it's better than nothing.

Yeah, me too emotion_hug sorry for the rant, the short version of the story would have been: people suck, enjoy what you have emotion_bigheart

Yes and no...

In public comments they are super nice, but in a private message, they slowly started to change a little bit. I asked them questions on how they made their cosplay - what fabrics, did they use a pattern etc didn't really get an answer but that's fine, it's hard to example that stuff in text. I then asked if they had seen Cosmos, which I had and watched when it was first released as I preordered it. They answered that they went to the premieres (showed me photos of them in their cosplay - so damn lucky they met all the voice actor/tresses!) and I said I had to wait until someone uploaded the subs as the preorder came from Japan. They replied with 'subtitles are trash no cap' : l
And I said that's all I had to go by, and I only really know a few words like hello, no, yes what - basic stuff and it did match to a point. I know it's not great and not 'genuine' but at least I understood what was happening. They could have replied with something nicer like "Glad you were able to watch it, seeing it properly subbed will be better/true to the movie"

Idk LOL maybe I'm just overthinking it and being sensitive emo

I was on a hiatus for 4 months (technically longer haha) I was busy making my con cosplay for April, then that finished, got post-con blues and was a little depressed but I recently got my cosplay photos from the photoshoot back so I am happy about that!
In May I had some down time but my weekends have been full
Actually, this is the first weekend my husband and I haven't done anything in like... three months xd it's nice to be at home and catch up on things! sweatdrop

I'm good though! just Gaiaing today in avatar builder trying to make a new sm avatar haha xd
So nice to talk to you again! I'm glad everything is going well emotion_hug emotion_bigheart Missed you heaps!!

I do agree but I really wanted the option to make my very own hairstyle with the correct coloring XD
I miss the option as well, I don’t know why they don’t try to sell that option. I am sure they would sell quite a few.

Yes Kitty chan is very helpful and has a lot of Gaia knowledge
We usually have quick funny conversations
The main reason we became friends was because I like looking at her art collection XD
I do still share some of the art I get and she shows me some pieces if she gets any new art n.n

Well people tend to be like that when someone does things just because they like it and they don’t look for profit n.n
At this point I don’t have a real goal on Gaia, I had one long ago before the changes to the tickets to have a doll with a hidden pose, which was going to be a beautiful purple hair with my classic rainbow colors XD
But now I don’t think I can make it happen as I don’t think the new ticket rules allow that, the main reason I wanted to make that happen was to have a unique avi XD

Oh no no Razer, never think you are bragging. They are achievements to be proud of, that took real effort and support.
I know there are people that are envious of what others achieve but I am not one of those, so please always talk freely n.n
And thank you, I a, glad to know my brother was great at Gaia emotion_kirakira
My only personal achievements on Gaia are all my friends, MLP collection and one Rainbow Ticket which Kitty Chan helped me with since unfortunately as I was about to buy it Gaia got its first mega inflation x.x
Thankfully Kitty chan sold me one at a decent price and that is how Bea happened, I have not hold more than 500k plat until recent;y as I have been saving for a while aiming for maybe a ticket but I don’t know how much they cost now nor their new rules. So hopefully a ticket that can help me n.n

I like to think he was n.n but I don’t know n.nU
Compared to friends like Wixi, Kitty, Naturalist and you I think he might have been able to keep pace but he retired before I could see that happen.
I am very average in comparison to everyone else n.nU
Though I did get lucky every now and then n.n
I don’t tend to hoard items, I am more of a collector of items I can use for several different avatars XD

Same I loved going up and down VH and towns looking at peoples homes and Gaia outfits, plus cleaning trash, bugs XD
My brother was a 05 Gen he invited me so I could take over n.nU so he played from 05 to 12
He gave me a head start with both Thea and Majoko Mariko dolls plus a few million gold ofc he gave me lots of tips regarding how to be a trader and make gold n.n

I unfortunately don’t remember how we met but I am sure it might have been in Virtual Hollywood as I used to go around there all the time
