I try not to think much, but it just happens sometimes. Whoops~

FORTY YEARS AGO...

Even without the events of forty years ago, I think man would still be a creature that fears the dark. He doesn't face that fear, he averts his eyes from it and acts as if he never had any memories of his history.

But forty years can be both a brief time and yet a long time. Man's fear has withered, and even time itself tries to wither the desire to know the truth.

Is it a crime to try and learn the truth?

Is it a sin to search for the things which you fear?

My purpose in this world is knowledge, and the dissemination of it. And it is I who is to restore the fruits of my labor to the world.

Fear . . .

It is something vital to use puny creatures. The instant man stops fearing is the instant the species will reach a dead end.

Only to sink to pitiable lows, only to sit and wait pathetically for extinction.

Wake up!

Don't be afraid of knowledge!

Humans who lose the capacity to think become creatures who's existence has no value.

RAZZ B - 100% - 80% OF THE TIME

By the time I realized it, I had already swung the bat. My palms still sting.

I'm kind of dumb. Not stupid, per se, but dumb. I'm a complete hopeless romantic, which adds to my semi-controlled moodiness. I try to be nice to everyone, but I can't stand people who won't face facts.

Interests of mine are mecha anime/manga - everything from Uncle Go's round Supers to Katoki's variation on the psycoframe - and shounen manga (general anime has just lost it's soul..). As far as video games are concerned, I don't really have a preference of type, but I still giggle at the PS3 on a regular basis. My current console roster is the PS2, 360, and Wii all sitting nice and snug side-by-side.

I collect figures of all sorts, but mostly Revoltechs and Transformers. It's not a very impressive collection, but I do love what I have. I've had to do plastic surgery (Hahaha. Ha.) on almost every one of my pretties at some point in time, but that just gives them soul~

I'm a cat person.

I'm a total jacket and scarf whore. *points to his Wish List* For some reason, I have an odd love for jackets and neck accessories of all sorts. I'd really love one of those black complex jackets, but the price tag on those.. wow, man. For a jacket?

Music? Wow. Techy subject. Anything that I like. Cliche', yeah, but it's the only way I can describe it. None of the dime-a-dozen "rock" and "punk" bands out there, barely out of high school and hopping around in tight pants, and none of the look-at-my-possessions rappers. I prefer the artists who genuinely give something to their genre with experience and talent; Beck, Rush, The White Stripes, and MF DOOM as examples.

Good enough music rant? It was originally twice as long, but I thought that would look bad... *ponderous face*

Before I get any guff, do note that the quote in my signature was based off the very first fan subs I saw back months ago, so I know it's not 100% accurate. However, I think that it captures the line best, so I'm leaving it as-is.

But I digress!
