My name is Jeeves, I am a valet, which means that I serve one employer, as opposed to a butler who serves the household. The particular employer I serve is named Bertram Wooster. He is an exceedingly upstanding individual, and I hope never to leave his service.I like reading poetry and other improving literature, specifically the works of the poet Burns and Spinoza.
I also like polishing silverware; I find it has a particularly calming effect upon my being which I cannot fully put down to the fumes of the turpentine.
I dislike garish, unfashionable clothing, and as such I often have to chastise Mr. Wooster when he finds himself a particularly unerring garment.
