Yeah! I will def come and see you! I know this year we are going to England or Galapagos but I am going to shoot for Japan for the year after.

We are going to build a house every year for the next 4/5 and flip them. When you build your own you make way more money when selling. After 4/5 houses we shouldn't have a mortgage. :3

That makes sense! I have another friend in Japan right now who I went to HS with and he is loving it. I really want to come and visit but other trips keep getting in the way. DX <3

Yeah same old job. DX Starting to learn how to run one of the machines though so it's not too bad, just boring.

Only one more year or are you going to try for longer?

We are going to be starting our new house in June! biggrin Then be building a house every year until we don't have a mortgage.
