Personal random schtuff: I like to check to see if a gun's loaded by pulling the trigger, preferably whilst pointing it at somebody's crotch. As horribly stereotypical as it may seem, I like the song Dixie, or at least From Dixie With Love. My friend and I are currently on a quest to steal a dog off the street, despite the fact that both of us own multiple dogs. When I drink a lot, I like to try to convince my friends to drive me to Key West to try and find the American Dream. I'd much rather visit a foreign country and tell them I'm from the Conch Republic than America just so I could see the confused faces when they try to figure out where the hell that was. I like to call my friends at 2 in the morning, then yell at them for answering, or not answering. I'm also recording many of my life adventures for my future autobiography called "Why I Should Be In Jail," look for it in stores in ten years.
I hate when people try to lump me into a social group, I've got too much ADD to stay in one for more than a few minutes. At the moment, I guess you could call me a sailor bum. I prefer the term Coast Rat, but you'd have to be from around here to get it... I'm trying to work as a journalist, but who knows what's going to happen in life?
I enjoy writing, mainly short stories and the occasional unfinished novel...Right now I'm working on a little something about my hometown...slowly but surely it's coming together.
I've also been told I'm a hopeless romantic, a smart-a**, and just an all around easy-going guy. Though I don't mind unrequited love, I only entertain it for the sole purpose that it makes a good story.
I also believe that music is the essence of life. But only if it's actually good music. You'll never find me anywhere near anything remotely close to emo music, that includes screamo, crunk s**t, or anything involving men screaming incoherently or being pussies about s**t. I like Sinatra, Springsteen, Buffet, Louis Armstrong, Marlene Dietrich, anything jazz or bluesy, etc. You know, stuff that actually can be called music.
Oh, and I honestly have no idea how to do those fancy profile scheme things that everybody else (including my younger brother) seem to be able to do. You can make me one if you want, I'd pay, but only if it's a good 'un.
