Here it is:

When you open the file first make it grayscale.
Then create a new layer from background
Then go to layers>Auto contrast. Your lines should become darker
Then go to select>load selection>invert
You should see ants going around your line art.

Then go to layer>new fill layer>Solid color
Make it black
Do the same thing again except make it white.
You may then delete your layer 0

Now you make layers in between the fill layers
Now change your settings back to RGB. And there you go.
