i can understand you and your mom not wanting to go back cous of the way your dad's family treats you there..
i honestly think he should stay with you and your mom, thats the kinda family that needs to be together, not being close to your mom when your a dad and grown up, you have your own family then..
but then again, thats just my thoughts..
i hope you dont get split up =/
