My Journey with GaiaOnline

August 2003, my friend introduced me to Gaia. Back then, it was go-gaia. At first, I was dubious. I wasn't as interested in anime as she was. But after a month of building curiosity, I gave in and decided to join Go-Gaia.

I was active until March 2004. From then on, it was just an occasional visit to Gaia, earning the 6k I needed to buy 2 sealed envelopes for the month. A year later, March 2005, I entered a bumping contest. Each day for a month, I bumped 100-400 bumps in a bumping contest. A week before the contest ended (I was the leader by 1000 bumps), the contest was cancelled. I didn't visit Gaia again for 5 months.

Summer 2005, I visited Gaia for the first time since the contest. I was hooked, once again.

Since then, I've been on-again, off-again. I mainly just earn enough gold to buy the donation items that I am interested in (before they skyrocket to unreachable heights). I always get an extra of the ones I love, to sell one day.

The only donation item I want, but do not have: The Halo. One day, I might build up the courage to quest for one.

yea I'm aiming for the halo and angelic minis as well : ( inflation is a real b$@#! though, cause every time you get close to the amount you need they go up again. How have you been btw, haven't heard from you in soooo longgg.... send me a pm when you do randomly pop in : ) it would be nice to hear about you and how lifes treating yea : )
