CURRENTLY - Well, my real name is Amanda and I live in sunny San Diego, California. I am a wildland firefighter (kinda the army type compared to city fire departments, we fight fire tools and not water), and I love my job. People tell me I'm crazy for doing what I do... I tell them insanity is almost a requirement for the position. For those who didn't guess from my choice in work I'm NOT the girly type... I don't feel truly accomplished unless I'm drenched in sweat (preferably with streaks of soot on my face), and the boys are telling ME to slow down. Let's face it... as a firefighter, I'm in a man's world, and loving it! I guess the saying is true... Guys have all the fun wink
