im sorry did it not work.... if that is the case then you have the choice between these two things..... send a report to the gaia people, or make a new account.... of course i would double check that it isnt working before doing that..... that is what i had to do..... create a new account... but anyways.... hope this helps...

kk here is how you do your email....you will have to go to your e-mail(eg... hotmail or yahoo) outside of gaia. There should be an activation letter. That'll allow him to use his mail on here. then it will activate it ...... so what ever email you used when signing up on gaia.... go there..... kk... take care
