My name is Christofer (my friends call me Chris, Christoph, Christov, Christovo, etc.) and I'm a History major (English minor) at the University of South Carolina. I have plans to pursue a Doctoral degree in the study of the History of the American West (not just cowboys and Indians, though there are more Indians than cowboys involved), but Grad School is still about 2 years down the road for me.I absolutely love anything that makes a culture different from my own, I have, perhaps, an unhealthy obsession with myth and legend from all parts of the world and it is highly likely, given you ask the correct question or, the correct set of circumstances, I'll randomly reference some obscure Northern European myth or some Celtic deity and whatever deeds they may have done that apply to the situation.
Well, besides study, I play rugby for the University of South Carolina. It started out as just something fun to do to pass the time, but it's evolved into a kind of passion over the last year and I have to admit I'm a bit of a rugby nut now.

and the trip is lovely. we move all the crap in tomorrow, then two more days with dear loki before we ditch him and head back home ^-^
