Yes, ( It was very relaxing, lol ) at that point I realized I just needed to nap. So I got out of the bath ate a bit an to bed an had a nearly 3 hour nap that day. 3nodding

It could help as a warm shower or bath may help soothe an relax you for bed an shoo away the insomnia. I have also heard a glass of cold/ room temperature milk before bed as well can help.

Comment Info, I had enough pain it was turning my stomach that day so I coughed up a bit which helped + water an my hours long soak bath I took almost falling asleep twice before I got out of the bath to dry an take the nap.

It's okay about the love of journaling! 4laugh emotion_bigheart I love it too! I have app called Finch and I use it everyday to help with my emotions. It's great because you get to take care of a little bird too!

❧ the Muse / the main squeeze, Seri the silvery white-haired wolf. My main OC that resonated with me online, my first years on Gaia Online. So if you see a silvery white haired, golden eye’d dame as my avatar—it is Seri.
She has been a near and dear OC/Muse of mine-hence. my screen name "Seri Dreams", as for the dreams part, well she is quite the dream *wink*. Seri is known for her trademark deep pink colors, hair bow, and rose adornments. Seri’s gaia color scheme, is the alluring items. As much as I love purple, if you see deep pink color on my avatar or anywhere, best reasons is because of my dear Seri.
