Right now, I don't even know, if I don't sit around for more than 3 hours I COULD get better with the stretches and all, but so far I haven't gotten any new stretches because Physical Therapy people haven't GIVEN ME ANY to really do...which made me mad to begin with thinking that Physical Therapy was a waste of time to do..since of course the one after the very first one, they just put me on an electrical stem...which was POINTLESS in the first place.

THank you, even though my back feels like hell has frozen over and also it seems that Physical Therapy is not going to work on it...then again I did have pain in my hip earlier, but NOW its shifted back onto my back.
