Bio: Hikaru was stricken with Blindness when he was just a child, but when he became blind he Inharited a gift, This gift allows him to see electrcal impulses in ones mucles. Since Phantoms are extreamly electrical beings they stand out and allow Hikaru to see them as different beings than people. Anything else that you want to know about him however you will have to find out yourself.
