I love belatrix in the movies as well, but Tom Felton is my favorite actor from the harry potter series.
Draco was awesome and nearly perfectly portrayed in the last film.
(I do have a slight crush on him, so my opinion is slightly biased. yes, it is only a slight crush. I do not own a single poster of him, I don't fill my diary with entries about him, I don't daydream of dates, but I do think he's kinda hot.)
I honestly believed Daniel Radcliffe(the actor for harry potter) was high when he filmed that.
it was interesting to see him under the effect for a while.
I also know that several people found his pincer scene rather entertaining as well.
I didn't read the books for twilight.
I like harry potter for the artistic unity, it's everlasting themes, and it's complexity.
in twilight, I see a lovestruck girl fawning over guys.
there's plenty of that in harry potter, but it plays to a point and does not take center stage.
I'm fine with other people liking twilight, but I don't find it an interesting read personally.
I was pretty furious at that as well.
I also hated how cliched most of the characters were made by the script.
for the most part, it wasn't the actors faults.
they just had really crappy lines to work with.
the movie would have been so much better if the audience believed with harry that draco was trying to kill him!
it wouldn't have been that hard to throw in a line or two where harry said "that was a near miss, He tried to kill me." but instead he's ust like a broken record. "draco's up to no good."
BOring!
that just made harry look like a worse person for cutting draco to near death.
