yeah i know what you mean. i hate hurting people too i try to avoid it as much as possible but sometimes it's hard. but it can also be worse to bottle things up. i find venting is the best solution ^-^ if you have a good friend whom you can trust, you can let loose all your frustration and confusion on them. that's what my friend roy and i do and it works wonderfully. before he became friends with me paul and olivia he had stopped feeling anything and had like no emotion (bad home life so he just refused to feel so he wouldn't get hurt) but when he started talking and venting with us it all came back. i'm not kidding it was crazy!! he's much happier now too, it was freaking him out that he couldn't cry no matter how sad he was.

lol oops. but they can be deleted so it's ok. it might help if you say what you actually feel and stand up for yourself but i don't want to tell you what to do. any advice i give is just a suggestion you don't have to actually take it seriously, i wouldn't be offended at all if you decide to do something different.
