I have dry eye, dammit.
"Shota Aizawa (相澤消太 Aizawa Shōta?) also known by his hero name Eraserhead (イレイザーヘッド Ireizāheddo?) is a pro hero and the homeroom teacher of U.A.'s Class 1-A.
He is a man of high expectations, as he is known to expel students who he feels are not suited for U.A. High. He isn't afraid of putting his students through rigorous and sometimes even harmful exercises, expecting them to pull through. He does not try to shield his students from the particularly unpleasant parts of Heroism, and will push them to overcome their limits.
He is a person moved primarily by logic, as he tries not to fuss about his appearance.[2] He tends to be blunt and rather flatlined when it comes to his ideals and explanations about things. When he has a particular belief, he will state it without holding anything back, such as when he flatly stated he did not believe Izuku could become a Hero when his Quirk was so unstable. He often comes off as cold and apathetic, showing very little energy and sometimes letting his own students resolve certain issues by themselves." - wikia
