Recorded Notes - Subject: Morier

Based off the work of Gerome Ochron's "First Apocalypse" Chiaroscuro, Morier is an experiment gone terribly awry. He is the second attempt at a "perfect" weapon by the GPD. Anyone who comes in contact with him is advised to exercise extreme caution, as he is considered to be incredibly unstable and highly destructive.
