Sirius originally came from a far corner of the Liat system, a traveler seeking new civilizations and technology. He has always possessed an advanced armored flight suit which has gone through a number of modifications throughout the years. A dynamic fighter, he uses his agility and mobility to throw his opponents off balance, while at the same time relying on his armor to protect him should a blow get through.

When Sirius first arrived on Felisia, a misunderstanding about his intentions caused some minor battles. He was forced to flee from Chance and Meg Antilles and their allies, though he vowed to return one day and make amends somehow. Eventually, Sirius encountered Archaeus, who revealed that the two were in fact brothers long separated. Archaeus and Sirius then ventured out together from the Liat realm using Archaeus's plainswalking ability.

In the realm of Moralia, the two were thrust into a devastating war between four mage clans, one for each of the primary elements. These mage clans pushed the powers of their elements to the breaking point, forcing them against one another so hard and so often that the elemental forces themselves became enraged. The conflict threatened to destroy the entire realm. Archaeus used his understanding of the balance of the four primary elements and his own prodigious power to seal away the forces of the elements, severely restricting their influence on the realm of Moralia.

The great flaw in Archaeus's plan became clear soon after he performed the sealing. The power of the moral elements, Light and Void, was unaffected by Archaeus's ritual. As a result, Light and Void were left unchecked by the other elements to battle for control of Moralia, as was their nature. Though these moral elements were limited in how they could affect the physical world, they invested their power into two mortal Champions attuned to their power who would battle for domination of the realm.

Light, the element of protection and preservation, chose Sirius as its Champion. Void, the element of ruin and ravenous consumption, chose a former Earth mage named Vistor as its Champion. Though Archaeus was severely weakened by his own seal, and Sirius was unfamiliar with the realm, the two were able to defeat Vistor and stave off the destructive power of the Void. Sirius was given the opportunity to remain in Moralia and rule over it as Light's Champion, but instead he released the power he had been given and left the realm with his brother.

Years later, in the realm of Andoria, Sirius met the sisters Phoebe, Zoe, and Catalina Aldera, who were engaged in a war against the Void-controlled Chance and Meg Antilles. Sensing that this war was unnecessary, Archaeus summoned his brother Magnus, who was as yet unknown to anyone else in Andoria. Magnus attacked both sides, forcing them to work together to stave him off. Once the opposing sides had finally been reconciled, Archaeus revealed the truth about Magnus and the united group left Andoria.

Throughout their travels together, the group returned to Moralia to check on the situation there. The power of Void had slowly returned, and the sentience behind the elemental force reacted to Magnus's arrival in the realm, choosing him as its new Champion. The power of Light also sensed the return of Sirius and infused him with its own power once again. The two brothers, so recently reunited, were now being forced to battle to the death by the two remaining elemental forces in Moralia.

Chance Antilles, with his affinity for both Light and Void, was able to craft a safe haven for the group using both elements. Before the group could retreat, Magnus took Catalina captive and infused her with the power of Void, bringing her under his control. While the others contemplated a new plan, Archaeus sought out the seals he had placed on the primary elements. Upon finding them, he discovered that the power of the elements had coalesced into rings which summoned elemental beasts when approached. The group sought out and defeated the beasts one by one, releasing the seals on the elements and restoring balance to Moralia. The rings which had once sealed away the power of the elements remained, and Archaeus added them to his staff. Sirius and Magnus were saved from fighting each other to the death.

During his recent time in Moralia, Sirius has gained a new insight into his power, learning to channel the power of Air through his flight suit and his sword. His shield is also able to absorb energy attacks and allow him to channel them through his suit and back at his attackers. He also has the greatest affinity for Electricity among the group. During the relative peace they had in Moralia, Sirius and Phoebe Aldera finally had time to develop their budding relationship, and they were married.

Since the conflict with Regulus in Moralia has escalated, Sirius and the others have fled to Gaia.
