Asthma is different than allergies. But I do have both. I also have allergies induce asthma. I also have stress induce asthma.

Yeah don't feel guilty. Sometimes you need a couple of days to yourself. Its good to let your body recover. I'm doing okay today. Pretty good aside from my asthma.
