Life's a Tragedy, Life's a Comedy
Among a quiet day, in a little town,
Where normal people live.
Water is as valuable as a king’s crown.
Normal routines carry out.
The sun clear, water blue, and grass olive.
Abruptly, the heavens poured their tears.
Showed grief o’er the town’s land,
For what a girl’s parents fear,
The death of their daughter.
Life’s a tragedy when you feel it,
Life’s a comedy when you think it.
Tragedy found her in the midst of a road that split,
Comedy defined her when her guardians carried her for experimentation.
O’ Death didn’t want her, humiliation had to be done.
O’ Life laughed at her, the surgeons violated her.
O’ Death didn’t want her, an experiment had begun.
O’ Life laughed at her, feline instincts started to stir.
Came anew! The girl rose from the sickly underworld.
Though her body morphed into that of a cat, came two feline ears, and a feline tail.
Exaggerated, bent, stretched, lanky and curled.
Her skin, absent of warmth, and that of pale.
Oh come thee, the world thought of her as a disgrace.
Come thee, look upon her face.
No person would want to embrace,
A girl’s history that was erased.
Oh come forward, with sorrow your fate.
For she is an undead neko.
Tie your friendship with her twisted trait.
Behold, Echo.
