I'm very sorry the QnA could not help you better. We are a slow-moving forum a lot of the time, or sometimes people just don't have an answer for you. I agree that she should have tried to help you rather than just warning you about bumping, that would have been the better thing to do.

But I am glad that you found the information you were looking for, and hope this didn't turn you away from the QnA for good. We do try our best.
