Everytime I hear someone prject their voice or even talk ringing and white noises cause large headaches and it's affecting everything I try to do like with school, writing, and/or drawing.

Dreams at night scare the hell outta me and I can't seem to sleep anymore. Even if it's not scaring and more like predictions of my future scare me because they deal more of rape and my sister trying to kill me by choking.

I'm just having my yearly break downs. Can you top that?
