I fell in love with Subeta.ws, and I was wrongfully frozen. D:

Dear UA's.
I'd like to reiterate my appeal: my boyfriend and I were wrongfully frozen.
Please take the time to read this, because I, along with many others, feel that there are some people who are going on freezing tangents, which is completely unfair to us users who stick by Subeta.ws in its down times without (much) complaint.
My username is Estell.
My boyfriend's username is Daxter.
I've written e-mails to this address and to support@subeta.ws AND I've written on Keith's pownce.
And still, my boyfriend and I are frozen.
I'm not sure how long it's been since the UA who decided to keep us frozen stopped responding, but I know it's been a few weeks at the very least. But please please take the time to listen.
My friend Kelpseed got me to join Subeta. At first I was like "Ehh.. we'll see," and that day or a few days after (I can't remember), I got my boyfriend to check it out. He decided he'd join, too. So I asked Kelpseed what to do, since she told me that there's a limit of one account per person per IP address (or something like that), and she told me to just sMail a UA and have him/her note that we're different people, but we'd access our own accounts at each other's homes, because we'd visit each other very often. The UA I sMailed (one called "Sierra" wink was understanding and she told me she made a note of it.
So everything was fine and dandy and my boyfriend got a Shinigami on his account, which was really awesome, but I didn't realize how expensive it was until a few weeks later. We were at my house at the time, and he wanted to see how it'd look on his avatar and get a price check on it to see if he wanted to sell it, but he gave me the okay to just get on his account for him. If you'd like to verify this, please feel free to call my cell phone. It's prepaid, so long distance really doesn't matter. The number is [removed for privacy]. Upon calling, you all could speak to both Dakota (Daxter) and myself (Estell), and we could prove to you that we are most definitely two different people.
Anyways, so I'm on his account with him sitting right next to me and we check out the shinigami, blah blah blah. I forget I'm on his account, and I go to make a post in the thread we made. Well. I type the message and I'm like "Oh yeah, I'm on your account." so I just tack this at the end "Oh and, this is Estell, I just yoinked my boyfriend's account." (or something to that effect).
Next thing we know, my account is frozen for accessing another user's account.
Then I'm like "oh crap."
So we access his account, and we find that he's frozen too, but for multiple accounts.
Then we get back onto MY account, and the reason changed from accessing another user's account to having multiple accounts.
I implore you to believe that Dakota and I are two seperate people.
The UA that handled the case judged that we are too much alike and therefore are quite likely to be the same person and therefore are to remain frozen for the duration of one to two years.
First off:
Of course we're a lot alike. We're boyfriend and girlfriend.
Think about it: all of you with a significant other, don't you pick up on your sweetie's mannerisms and act a lot alike?
We've been together for the majority of nine months now; we're a lot alike.
Second off:
I joined first, not knowing anyone but Kelpseed (who I met on another website a few years before).
Dakota joined second, not knowing anyone but me, and by association, Kelsey (Kelpseed). And I've told them a lot about each other, and they both think they're cool people. (confusing sentence, I know).
Anyways.
That explains why our friend list is very similar.
Third off:
I loathe male HA's. XD;; I wouldn't make one.
And he's not as stylish as I am. Check his Gaia account. XD; (Haseo_G-R).
Fourth off:
I suggested an alternative to being automatically frozen with no warning. :/
The alternative is this:
Dakota only accesses his account, Daxter, at his home (which is where I'm currently e-mailing you all from).
I only access my account, Estell, from my home.
When we visit, we will not access our accounts or each other's accounts at any other house but our own.
And, again, only I will go on my account, and only he will go on his, and only at our respective houses.
That way, the IP address would not change.
And that way, when we get on at the same time, you'll know we're different people at different homes.
Or, y'all could even just leave those accounts frozen and let us make new ones now, instead of two years from now. D:
If you would be so kind, please please please look into this further than just on the surface.
Contact our myspaces, Gaia accounts, e-mails, my phone (and please, I implore you to call it if it would assure you).
Please please please, I beg of you. Subeta was fun. I was just starting to immerse myself into the site at it's fullest. (Dakota doesn't really do forums. XD;; Though he still found it very fun).

PS: two people replied to my post on Keith's most recent pownce entry. One of them was frozen for basically the same reason as I was, though it was her and her sister. The other is in a sort of support group for those like us who were frozen as we were.
PSS: I've gone to NEOPETS for comfort. D: Dare I mention that Neopets fails at life? ): Please save me from the awfulness. D: (Dakota has gone to Runescape).
