About
So, a couple of people have asked me, "Oh, God, Conor, what happened to my little idealist? My Capitalist?"
And, well, the truth is, I just changed. Grew up an inch, maybe. I'm no longer an idealist. I no longer support Capitalism because I believe in the individual. I support people's ability to 'choose' what happens to 'their property', because that seems to be the most efficient way for an economy to prosper.
And, as for my Gaia life? I only go on to ED to constantly prove to myself that logic can be twisted, people manipulated and crowds moved too easily to make it impressive.
I am a determinist. I don't believe I, as a collection of personality, memories, substances, can be judged exist like any other object exists, much less make decisions on what happens to the reality around me.
I am also a nihilist. I don't believe there is any moral good or bad, reason to life, or way to prove anything correct.

Experienced argumenters know that all you have to do to win a debate is to prove the other guy wrong, and stop debating that instant. Because, as perceived, the opponent of somebody who is wrong is right.
It's ******** up, isn't it?
