Hello, my name is Akito Sohma, and I am the head of the Sohma family. We Sohma's are a cursed family; if embraced by the opposite gender, or when put under a great deal of emotional or physical stress, the said member will transform into one of the 12 animal spirits of the Chinese zodiac (of course, in which an additional spirit, the Cat is included.) Don't misunderstand, I am not one of the animal-possessed members... however, I am possessed by the Zodiac's god-spirit - therefore, all the other members of the family must obey me no matter what. Heh, that is... until Tohru Honda came into the picture. Since her arrival, my 'bonds' were slowly deteriorating... and I absolutely hated her for that. Her heart was so much more beautiful than mine... I... in the end, I was finally able to break the accursed bonds that bound every member down, in the same act, telling them that they are free, and can live life as they pleased.The Sohma curse was broken.
I too, became free.
