Days after the battle against the many forms of Shenron, the lives of the Son family changed forever. A small announcement from the doctor revealed Valese to be pregnant. Nine months later, Fauna and her twin brother Gokun was born to the happy parents.Fauna was a quiet and polite child, intelligent beyond all means but also extremely powerful. She grew quickly along side her twin brother, the two remaining extremely attached. She grew extremely attached to her father Goten, Vegeta, Bulla, Bulma, and her Uncle Gohan.
Around her 5th birthday, Fauna and Gokun witnessed their mother die at the hands of a terrible disease. Fauna was traumatized by the event and spent a few months in depression. However, her cousin Pan was able to get her out of this state and was able to help her back to normal. In the years following her mother's death, Bulma became a second mother to Fauna, frequently taking her under her wing. Because of this, Fauna was able to have access to the training chambers and some of the best schools in the world.
As her teen years approached, Fauna began to work along side her father and brother to be able to participate in the World Martial Arts Tournaments. Training along side Goten and Vegeta, Fauna learned to embrace her abilities and grew to become a powerful Super Sayian.
Fauna is now 16 years old, and often finds herself tagging along with Bulla.
